Wax Buildup
Before re-finishing a floor, to do the job right you may need to first remove previous coats of wax in hard to get areas. To do this, apply a heavy-duty all-purpose cleaner or floor stripper right to the problem areas such as baseboards, floor edges, corners, stairways and other hard to get areas. The heavy duty cleaner can also be used on the baseboards to remove wax as well as dirt and grime in these areas. After that, it's all elbow grease!
